This is what happens when you haven't socialized your large feline companion properly. You have to play hunting and catching games with them over and over again and show them exactly what amount of power, force, claws and teeth they can use without causing you pain or injury. It's very easy to do. Felines are nice people that want to get along with their friends/allies, so they learn quickly. If you don't show your tiger how fragile and sensitive the human body is, they'll injure you by accident as was the case here.

Just playing with my domesticated cat that weighs 10lbs she can get to aggressive and draw blood. She likes to give “love” bites on my nose and she’s bitten so hard I was bleeding so yea I can only imagine if she was 20 times her size I’d be dead.
