8. Knowing that they had a hostage in the UPS truck and still decided to shoot blindly into it. And were the other victims shot by police or the criminals? I'm guessing the police. I would have handled that real bad situation in a different perspective got all incessant lives out of there still two people got shot that should not have happened all thay could have thrown a smoke bullet in side UVS van that would handle the situation a bit better. It should be looked in to by the FBI to see why there was so much gun fire
