Are people not paying attention to these videos?? People saying the drugs were personal use. The officer examined clearly to us that because in Oklahoma that personal use is categorised as distribution. That's why she charged with felony to distribute, because it's state law.

Yes, its ridiculous to not throw addicts in jail for minor amounts. Because zero tolerance punitive measures and a hefty sentences for people doing nothing but getting high has worked out amazingly these last few decades. Private prisons love this one neat trick!
