  2. These murdering, convicted criminals have entitlement issues over personal belongings that NO OTHER PRISONS OUTSIDE THE WESTERN WORLD WOULD HAVE??? THIS is the problem in America!!

  3. The overhead fluro lights like this are a hiding place for contraband. If the lights are recessed into the ceiling & then heavy gauge steel with small squared mesh cover is placed over the light, Prisoners would NOT be able to access light. One less place to hide & search.
