Been noticing over the past few months that Rudy has his own “Joe Biden” odd mental moments like this. However, in Rudy’s case I think it may be personal life distractions. He is in the middle of a difficult divorce. Over the summer he’s been on Fox in the evening when he seemed like he may have been a bit tipsy. In Biden’s case things seem a bit more serious with actual neurological-like issues. Rudy can slow down on the drinks. I am sure Trump is concerned because he isn’t a drinker. He saw his own brother drink himself to death, literally. I know he is friends with Rudy and likely doesn’t want to throw him off the bus when Rudy is going through so much already, but geeze, the Rudy~slips seem to be adding up.
