The United States should just give Billions of dollars to other countries like the Ukraine, and not care whether it goes where it's supposed to or not. That's why Americans work and pay taxes. So politicians can give there money to other countries so they can have power, get rich, buy weapons, whatever. Go to work, give the government your money. They'll spend it as fast as you can make it. And if someone commits a crime or is corrupt and they run for office, you can't ever investigate them for past or current illegal activities. Or people will get mad and feelings will get hurt.
