Shouldn't the onus be on the victim for his own actions? Or was the sheer amount of texts (40k) the main differentiator between crime and just a nasty text? Shouldn't it be harassment and not involuntary manslaughter?

40. This is nothing new–girls finishing off their submissive boyfriends. This case is very different, because 99% of the time, the girl wants loads of cash to consummate the 'DEAL" So the girl is probably mentally unstable as was her boyfriend. She really does not deserve jail time.
