Presidential Pardons can be written down signed and sealed, keeping them in secret. Not need to announce them. So we are not sure that tRump has not granted pardons for himself and family. In case of a subpoena or arrest, the tRumps may be able to wield "magic" pardons in a sleight of hand.
It's pretty obvious that he should trying to buy favours from some of those people
