The surprise is the employees wanted to accommodate him?? These days it’s really no surprise at all. Just can’t fathom how stupid the employees were or they were just as racist as that muscle headed thug.
Why did she want to eat at an expensive restaurant for anyway? It looks like for the rich and private restaurant. I would never walk into those places to pay $30 just for a burger. I think, this is a setup. But if she was genuinely hungry and wanted to grab a bite and was denied then it wasn't nice. There is always two sides of the coin.

He/She is simply strolling or walking, the other is jogging,
another one is out for a happy shopping,
the other is going out and about to the recreational park
for playing or bird watching, another one is out for a street partying and dancing, the other has decided too return to his/her rightful home for grooming or comforting, and finally this person has decided too slumber within his/her vehicle owned car for a meditative relaxing or sleeping.
These individuals little do they really know what was to

Racism is very common in the restaurant industry. The owner of one of the restaurants I used to work at refused to hire black workers and the only Hispanics he hired were dishwashers.
