They definitely had every right to speak up immediately and say NO to a search because there was zero probable cause and chances are they would've been able to drive away. That officer seemed extremely petty.

I love how most the comments i have read are why 40 in a 35 well I agree with the cops actions they broke a speed law those signs on the side of the road with the numbers arent just for show or recommendations they are a law in forced speed and its just gets better as the cop seems be having a moment and finds a good lil deal of drugs in the car too awesome work officer

I actually feel this wasn't right. Everything just didn't feel okay. They were honest about everything and still got screwed, especially the dude who I believe was honest. This could have been handled more professionally. They really didn't listen to their honesty. This doesn't sit well with me morally. They were actually being honest.
One of my cop friends always told me 5 your fine 10 your mine as far as speeding goes.
