  1. He's so stupid. When people want to hire hit men they don't use Instagram. They use the dark web. He is also stupid for not understanding the fact that hit men charge 30k+ to kill someone. He also clearly doesn't know how to use a VPN without logs.

  2. The kid said “no joke” and then completely contradicted himself by saying “messages were only meant as a joke. He’s lucky that nobody ended up killing the staff member because then he would be facing murder charges which can be 20 years or more. Instead, he’ll likely get 7 years for conspiracy to commit murder. He’s very lucky.

As for children under 18 parents need to be proactive in monitoring their children's activities, including online activities.
