Purto has to be the last kind of personality type you would want as a CO. He literally just oozes power trip and is looking for and excited for.conflict and use of force. Someone is gonna get him a lot worse then they already have.

Look at all the gear and protection they have. It is 10 guys with gear and weapons against 1 man. Why do the officers act like it is dangerous or scary for them. 85% of all men in jail are there for NON VIOLENT DRUG OFFENSES. These r not violent dangerous people. The COs are more violent than the men in prison.
Chaz is everything that mangin kid wants to be. He is actually buff confident respectful and a perfect example of how CO's should act. Mangin is pretending to be buff and confident when in reality he is a scared little boy desperately trying to portray confidence.

I know everyone hates on purto but he is a good officer he is firm, fair and consistent. He just upholds the rules and the inmates know not to mess with him.
