That's a WOW, just WOW.. and I truly shouldn't be surprised when you're in an area that has a law enforcement who cuffs the homeowner before he talks to him.. … … That was disgraceful! He's bleeding, walking out to talk to the people who should be helping him, and he gets cuffed??????????

I’m seeing a lot of comments about how “they put cuffs on the victim that’s so awful!!” but you should realize, the officer did that for both of their safety. When that officer did that, he was the only one there, and had the guy decide to get mad it would be hard to fight with cuffs on. Second, had the guys beating him up come back, it’s easier to handle two sets of swinging arms instead of three on your own.
The other thing I keep seeing is “oh my gosh they didn’t even give him medical care” Again, he’s a grown man. They have the right to refuse medical. So instead of bashing these officers for things you know absolutely nothing about, how about you watch something else on YouTube or leave nicer comments.

The courts should have investigated the claim a little further an contacted the owner of the property awesome they didn't take you to jail my ex put a PO on me and told the I was harrasting her 5 court dates an it was fixed where she could be put in jail for falsefing statements to the courts about me good my friend
Where was medical?
That judge should be fired for not even checking who actually owned the properly.
The other guy should be and most likely will be arrested for misleading and false Identity ( perjury ) to the court.

They're gonna kick him off his property. Tell him he cant take his dogs. Tell him to go to court (which they admitted was broken) and then later when the dogs are neglected hes gonna get arrested for neglect too, because they're on his property. But its okay because "that's what the court says"

Those cops are stupid, if I were them I’d say “oh this is your property? I’m not gonna enforce this tpo, go to the courts and tell them this is your property and get it reversed”
