  12. It COULD have been a downed powerline that sparked it. The video shows the spark about 56 seconds into this clip. The "OFFICIALS" could have been coerced to say there was a different cause.   35. For a wind to kick up a branch onto a powerline, at least a small cyclone vortex like those on deserts needed to be visible. Also powerlines created arc lighting and puff out, they don't simply blow a fire. Not enough conductivity to create a flame.
