7. now this is my opinion you know that said a little girl won't go to no stranger or nothing like that but I notice when a little girl was walking there was playing I noticed the first man that they showed on the video look like he had went by a little later candy down on the ground to distract the kids
   And then if you're still watching the video I see another man shows up I look like he had a limp and has walk you know they say the dead and his walk. Settler girl won't she don't talk to nobody but she had to know who the second victim was. Defect second victim was I believe it was her. Her daddy
   to me I feel like you recognize the second person in the video. And I do believe she knew who the second victim was
   but if you look at the video is two kids out there playing but they don't have snatched up one. That's why I know she was a Target because they didn't get the other kid. That had to know who that second person was. And her spirit is not going to rest to justice has been served

33. They found her dead in a garbage land Field but fortunately they did find the two suspects they have been caught and is facing charges up to capital murder and kidnapping justice is served.
