  1. My mom is from a place with tornadoes but we live in SoCal. And a tornado hit a city near us last night. I thought getting out of Texas and Illinois meant safety, but I’m moving to Alaska because I need to not die. Tornadoes horrify me

  3. There were quite a few tornadoes that night, including one that touched down in our town. Seeing the destruction the next day was surreal.

  4. My sister, her husband, my son and I had just left the parking lot of the fair when we suddenly got the alerts on our phone "Take Shelter" and then sirens went off. We went to my parent's house since it was the closests. It didn't hit us. Prayers to North Dallas area and my alma mater Hillcrest High School.

  5. Today I went where a tornado hit it was a place we’re beautiful houses were there some were destroyed and some were fine

  6. To those stupid people inserting the word "animals" in each sentence… Yeap we all love animals, but putting lifes of human and animals equal pisses me off! Lifes of human count first! And if you are touched by death of animals the same as by human please be touched by death of trees too. And plants. And bacterias. And viruses. Otherwise shut up and pray for survival of people!

  8. This was a frightening one. That night I drove from my parents place back home which takes me right past that home depot on forest lane. Had I left 15 minutes later, I would have crossed the tornado's path.
    Fortunately, no one was killed.

  9. Psalm 9:1-14
1 I will give thanks to you, YAHAWAH, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.2 I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing praises of your name, O Most High.3 My enemies turn back; they stumble and perish before you.4 For you have upheld my right hand and my cause, sitting enthroned as the righteous judge.5 You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked; you have blotted out their name forever and ever.6 Endless ruin has overtaken my enemies, you have uprooted their cities; even the memory of them has perished.7 YAHAWAH reigns forever; he has established his throne for judgement.8 He rules the world in righteousness and judges the peoples with equity.9 YAHAWAH is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.10 Those who know your name trust in you, for you, YAHAWAH, have never forsaken those who seek you.11 Sing the praises of YAHAWAH enthroned in ZION; proclaim among the nations what he has done.12 For he who avenges blood remembers; he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.13 YAHAWAH, see how my enemies persecute me! Have mercy and lift me up from the gates of death,14 that i may declare your praises in the gates of Daughter Zion, and there rejoice in your salvation.
