   A funny thing happened on the way here to St. Vincent Parish Catholic Church.
   Mature Adults
   I got up this morning quietly. Straightened up and tidied up my little apartment.
   I showered and moped the kitchen floor. I really don't know all the dust, dirt and sand comes from.
   Turned on Star Wars video. So far nothing news worthy. No probable cause for alarm or suspicion.

   Anyway the Korean lady was in plain sight. As soon as I opened my door I observed the Korean lady coming straight up the hallway toward me.

   I did not acknowledge her at all. I hate the prevailing fascist culture. I hate the prevailing bondage culture. I am quite intolerant of it. And government subsidised housing and public housing are sink-holes of fascism and Communism. I do my best to shake it, ditch it, and lose it. What crime am I supposed to have committed, that makes me the focus a federal "man hunt" every time I go from my apartment?
   I must confess this is very tedious and tiresome. I am an innocent person. I am a law abiding citizen. So, why would professional soldiers and federal law enforcement bureaus and agents find me to be "a person of interest"? I don't regard myself as interest at all. I have no evil thoughts. But these professional soldiers invariably seek to apply their vitriolic, vile, caustic, malicious interpretation to my independent conduct. I go to them for help. They give me the "bums rush". And as far as I know, these might be the suspects who are engaged in the criminal conspiracy to "unpay" my bills each month after I have paid the bills. And they are trying to rack up late charges to my accounts that don't exist. The reason that the late charges don't exist is because I paid the bill on time, during the normal course of business days. I am paying my household bills. I am not a business.But these professional soldiers and business people persist in trying to chang over my residential service to busuness class which it is not. That's Fascism. The bill is not past due, that's fake news. But for their having obstructed the just and right payment to AT&T the money would have been in the right hands at the right time. The payment was not directed to the professional soldiers. They had no business putting their hands on that money. And not with the intention of trying to vicariously tap into my Social Security Benefits.
   I don't use their services. I don't trust them. I don't like their style.

   The AT&T bill payments that were misappropriated were addressed to Payment Centers, outside of the state of California. The DWP payment was addressed to post office box payment center right here in my home town of Los Angeles California.

   Obviously Covid-19 cannot account for everything. And certainly not for the vanishing payments to AT&T and DWP.

   And on the other hand these people who were busy sorting out my mail, rifling my mail, did not interfere with payments to two other accounts
   US Career Institute and Marians of the Immaculate Conception who received their payments in a timely manner. Why the discrimination? Fascism. Someone is seeking to co opt or co dependent. No way. I don't need a co op and I don't need co-dependent.

   And definitely don't want to switch my AT&T service for the new internet service company that sent out the flyer last. I have no complaints with my AT&T.

   As for DWP. There has been a misappropriation of two payments. Even if DWP has a policy of not shutting off the electricity, I send my payments to have the money applied to the payment of the bill.

   All those professional soldiers and merchants do is scandalized your life and leave you in the lurch, and leave you in a mess.

   And so, for all these reasons and more. I shall persist and continue with my Independent Living. and paying my own bills. I don't gamble with my bill money. I don't take risks with my bill money. I just pay the bill and get on with life.

   I left my apartment, spied on and surreptitiously photographed by one of the Korean Ladies. How come? What does she need with a photograph of me? I arrived at the first floor and Dave was at the Security Desk

   I walked west on 7th street. I gave a quarter to a whining panhandler. I gave a little can of Vienna Sausages to an ancient grandfather sleeping at 7th and Flower.

   I turned south on Figueroa and walk. I gave a little can of Vienna Sausages to a guy who looked like a bum, down on his luck, starving.

   I walked on and near the convention center I asked a man to please take a photograph of me to send to the kids. I gave him a cover story.
   I shared the photo immediately with my own biological sons and daughters.

   These other people are not my biological children. And sometimes they seem to resent the fact that I have biological children, and that I prefer my biological family to all others.
   I guess that is just how people are. My children are mature adults now. We understand each other.And we live each other. They really are my best friends.

   What a blissful day in Los Angeles.
