We have the Equal Rights Act of 1964 and Federal title 7 within the USA's jurisdiction. In California we have California Civil Code Section 51 also known as the Unruh Act. On an international level you have the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which was written by Mrs. Eleanor Rosevelt. In 1948 she purposed it to the United Nations and the United Nations formed the United Nations Human Rights Council. We are fortunate to live in a Country where we have the seperation of church and state as well as the right to peacefully assemble. It has to be a peacefull assembly which means no violence. We are lucky to have a bill of rights. LGBT PRIDE.
I saw the loophole in this act when it first came out I knew that the definition of sex versus sexual orientation and gender orientation would not fall under this
