  1. The fact inmates aren't very involved in or consulted profusely with the interview and selection as well as the development, implementation and execution of CO training is ludicrous.
Idc if its former inmates or current w/ good behavior and or nearing release date…. but they are the job…. You'd think you'd value any input they had about living or making a living behind bars in some way or another.

  2. Rookie cop was wrong for taking down that inmate. Yea the inmate wasn't listening, but the use of force level was inappropriate. Inmate's actions didn't justify that level of force.

  3. Maybe one of the reasons that they are are so short-staffed just because the only paid $40,000 a year.
To risk your life for that little amount of money. Not worth it.
How can you possibly be expected to watch violent criminals on 4 hours of sleep a night?
That's the situation that's just asking for trouble
