  1. oh listen to him whine, none of that has anything to do with him being a crook. I can't wait until that creep gets thrown out of office and has to take his whole trashy crew with him.

  2. Doesn't this sound like complete BS. The whistleblower has second hand info from unknown sources who might or might not know something. This is the exact same BS they tried to pull with Russiagate. People need to wake up and realize this is the swamp fighting back.

One of the things that I can give Kudos to the President for in the matter that has been built over MEDIA time is this:

As a man: Donald Trump is a man that knows all about producing results and outcomes unlike the likes of any Democratic party know to have run or held any types of official office.

with its fair share of pre-election mudslinging. Donald Trump – to have produced results in exposing the true virtue of the "Biblical Beast" in the form of a Democrat that cannot, will not, nor ever will be able to produce results that are not self-absorbant.

I realize that to most people the timing of his exposure of the lack of security, that he has really had, during his time in office places the question that most people are thinking: is this completely for campaign reasons?

The answer is NO! From a leadership standpoint, it can be viewed from the perspective of:

1] His security has been a problem since his inauguration.

2] This is a point in time when he needs his security to be for him and not against him.

3] He has undergone scrutiny via the MEDIA since pre-election to his current term in office.

4] In this time, his security needs to be on high alert in protecting him and not doing what the "whistleblower" has shown us…THEIR INABILITY TO KEEP CONFIDENTIALITY WITH VALID OR INVALID INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE PRESIDENT.

Yes, Ireland has its fair share of pre-election mudslinging. However, it is not condoned. But, if it had been myself in his shoes, I wouldn't have taken as long in getting a trustworthy security detail in place. This and only this is what I, myself would have changed about the scenario.

  4. If I were facing jail time or win the presidency, I suppose I’d be desperate as hell too, but what about our country first!? America first, right?! Lock him up

  5. Gun regulations!? Really?! The wall. We hate brown people, we live for making rich people richer and sucking on the barrels of the NRA. Face it! Trump is the $hittie$+ president we’ve EVER had.. he’s gonna heart attack, now that he’s FINALLY caught! Ahhh haaa!

  6. You never gun regulations! Ever!!! ..there’s been so many deaths of children on your watch. Talk about consequences. You sunk your own battleship.

  7. Maguire and Barr threw the whistleblower under the bus.
Forget their contorted reasoning about precedents and law.
What is the right thing to do.
What does your conscience tell you.

  8. It cannot be classified as ENTRAPMENT due to the fact that the Intelligence Personnel as well as the White House Staff members were not in any torturous state while leaking any valid or invalid information to the "whistleblower".

  9. The MEDIA stated that the President was "sounding like he was trying to shake down and put the squeeze on the President of Ukraine."

1] The President of Ukraine could very well have known what was taking place and may have been in on a "SHAKEDOWN" of corruption within the Intelligence as well as White House Staff members that surrounded him during this particular instance.

2] As the President stated on the tarmac… "…they have been trying to hurt me for 3 years."

  10. So, basically from my intelligence, I can deem that the investigation should be not so much the President, but the Intelligence officers that leaked any valid or invalid information to the "whistleblower". Via the documents that were read regarding the release of the allegations via the "whistleblower" I have grounds for ARREST as well as DISMISSAL of the intelligence and the White House Staff Members for COUNTERINTELLIGENCE, and would not be surprised if the President leans in this direction.

  11. I say Trump puts this country to shame with his prejudice behavior and how rude he is. His tweets trying to start drama like a teen. He is immature and lacks class to have so much brains and money. This just adds to his long list of bullshit!! IMPEACH!

  12. We need laws to protect America against this corruption and stiff punishment for protection of our Democracy. Lol-Maybe Trump’s right about treason execution -for Congress or President punishment of high crimes. He’ll be in front of the line. He talks like a Godfather…unbelievable!

  13. The fact of the matter is simply this…The person got SECOND-HAND information from INTELLIGENCE PERSONNEL…NO INTELLIGENCE PERSONNEL ARE ALLOWED TO SPEAK OF ANYTHING TO ANYONE ABOUT THEIR JOB…IT IS GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL AS WELL AS GROUNDS FOR INVESTIGATION OF THE PERSONS LEAKING SUCH INFORMATION.

  14. OMG!!! Has anybody even thought that the President went on a separate more secure server in order to PRIVATELY SKYPE the President of Ukraine? Geez, people…not every action that a person takes for security reasons means that the President is doing things worthy of impeachment.

  16. 5:20 "And so much of that conversation didn't deal with the substance of the call."

Yes, that is true. In fact, that conversation didn't once use the name "Donald Trump," or "The President" did it? The substance of the call isn't reflected in hearsay, is it? You're not talking about reality, you're imagining hypothetical daydreams, aren't you?

  19. 3:43 "Why would you go through the extraordinary steps, unprecedented steps to hide it?"

The transcript isn't hidden. In fact, it's published so that anyone with an internet connection to these United States can now peruse it at their leisure.

Files being moved on servers is not unprecedented. It happens routinely. It is LITERALLY scheduled to occur automatically. You're not educated in the field of data science, and your opinion on what you think routinely occurs during server maintenance is plain wrong.

Conversations with world leaders from the Whitehouse are categorically classified, all the time, as a matter of principle. It was this way during the Obama administration, it's this way now, and it will be this way in the future.

President Zelensky stated that he was not under pressure to do anything, by President Trump, in this precise phone call that the whole world is now privy to. It is not Whitehouse policy to publish every single conversation that comes into and out of the Oval Office. You're an idiot if you think this constitutes "probable cause," because the fact that a transcript was recorded at all is proof that the Whitehouse was prepared to provide transcript as evidence, if it came to that; which it did, to the chagrin of the United States' reputation as seen by the world, since now forever more any world leader that calls the Whitehouse is going to have to wonder if the contents of their conversation is about to make its way to a private newspaper. That damages our nation as a whole, regardless of who wins what election in the future.

No where in the transcript is there ANY mention of a 2020 election, and President Trump specifically tells President Zelensky that there is no reciprocity. He LITERALLY uses the word "reciprocal" so that in no uncertain terms is there any confusion about what he's asking, towards the end of the call, which by the way is simply for the time of day to have the Attorney General contact Ukraine to follow up on a pending case, which already occurred, and involves laundering money between the U.S. and Ukraine. He was asking permission to DO HIS JOB as head of the executive branch, and follow up on a case that's already in the books, but involves U.S. citizens receiving money from a Ukraine business. Of course he's going to call the authorities there, and ask for cooperation, because it's both a domestic, and foreign money laundering scheme.

Get your facts straight, ABC. You're talking about things which have only occurred in your imagination, when the transcripts have already been published. All you gotta' do is type it up in Google, it's right, there's no need to dream up these invented stories of what ""might"" be happening in the shadows, when what happened has already been brought to light.

Are you news reporters, or science fiction writers? Figure it out, soon, please.

  22. Mr. Maguire, why are you covering up for trump. Give the congress the tape not the doctor summary of the call. Why did you call DOJ you should have given it to the congress. Why did you sold your soul to trump and Barr. Your a full to distort your characters. Your answer the question is so crazy.

  23. The Democrats need to send a strong message to the American people Pelosi has to go, there is nothing she can do except step down or be removed.

  24. They are talking about information from a NON-PERSON by hearsay like this is a credible story?! I wish I was there to debate these 2 partisan BLEEPS!
