Hold up…those things are misdemeanors in Cali? I see cops treating people like they're murderers for things like this in other videos. This seems so much more reasonable. I don't agree with doing drugs..but people becoming felons over stuff like this is wrong. This is how it should be handled. Well done officers.

I am a recovered heroin addict….never touched meth, watching my friends use it was enough to keep me away…but seeing my friends nodding in and out of consciousness, for some odd reason, didn't bother me and, in fact, enticed me.

and people wonder why homeless drug addicts flock to California. You can get caught with a bag of dope and get a ticket and a court date. I live in Chicago and if a mfer gets caught with even an empty bag of dope that's a felony if there's residue in it which there most likely always is. Even if there isn't they'll say there is. Also in Cali if you steal something that's below 800$ it's foreal a ticket lmaooo. It blows my mind when I see these cops just give people tickets for meth and meth pipes. I live in a small town in GA and if the cops here find something like that there will be 10 cars with lights flashing, everybody even remotely connected goes to jail and its felony charges for all.
