Funny how CNN loves to put the spotlight on the Latino while the white guy [Biden] did respond in error for all of us to see. But CNN's response was to make him feel shame holding Biden accountable. Castro was completely correct in confronting Biden- and its less about "memory" in that moment and more about **literally lying about what your plan does**. Biden lied. Castro called him out. The end.
