1. The war on vaping is over in New York as they are now getting three to five dollar tax added on to each package.So in New York it is safe to vape again as long as you pay the tax.

2. Ban those flavors in cigarettes. The tobacco industry is suffering; not from a flavor ban on vaping. The States, and Campaign Against Tobacco get money based on how much cigarettes are sold so, do the math they are loosing money because more quitting smokers. I thought quitting smoking was a good thing. Vaping conservatively 95% safer than combustible tobacco. But that's only in the UK because they are different?? Here they will do anything to say its bad because, they stand to make a buck from Big Tabacco.

3. Ban all vaping products, that are killing people and the killer cigarettes, cigars, beer, alcohol and opoids. Don't ever ban condoms! As for cannabis, thats a horse of a different color. Cannabis is a Schedule 1 drug and fentanyl is a Schedule 2 drug. What's wrong with that picture? The Feds. have no statically findings, that cannabis is killing people. Why? The song Smuggler's Blues hits the nail on the head. If it is deregulated the upper crust won't get their cut of the profits. The devil would be dancing a little less in their back pockets.

8. Why isn't ANYONE talking about HOW these kids are getting their hands on the flavors. Check out ANY online site and go through a quick process to purchase a juice. Incredibly easy to do as a 14-18 year old. This should be looked at big time versus the actual flavor ban. Banning flavors is an extreme jump past a ton of other alternatives of enforcing this underage crap. This is going to make millions of Americans suffer as a consequence to the actions of people who do not want to follow the rules. What ever happened to a free country. I never thought I would see the day I may have to touch another cigarette again but thanks to Big Tobacco that may be the case for a ton of us.
