I'm sure black lives matter thinks that there should be a limited amount of shots fired if the dirt bag is a black man. After all, no doubt he was a good family man, a pillar of his community, and worked hard at his job. And had he survived, no doubt would have found the cure for cancer, and maybe at some point maybe even found out who his father was.

Roughly 11 shots each, suspected pointed a gun at them, already had assaulted multiple police officers and put the public's life at risk by fleeing at high speeds. Fair enough. If you're thinking that 151 shots is excessive I'd like to see what you would do in that situation.

154 shots fired and the guy was hit twice. Seeing them shoot down the street there is no way they could tell where they were shooting. It's a wonder more cops didn't shoot each other.

Having deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, this video just goes to show how poorly trained American police officers are. If you're firing that many rounds without killing the target, then you're clearly shooting in a panic without positive identification of who you are shooting at, this is how civilians get killed in warzones and yet they're acting this way in domestic soil.
