  1. Crazy story, I truly wish that she didn't lie, but if she did, she will live with this for the rest of her life. I don't really want a child, but I will gladly take one of the hands of anyone who thinks that there is just one way to deal with having a kid too young and ruin the rest of her/his life. Pro choice is one thing, but giving life, only to take it away is another. A woman should be 100% entitled what to do with an early pregnancy, her body, her life, there are so many things to consider, but to snuff a breath, that is criminal.
And I don't care if anyone cares to comment, this is what I think.

  2. So the judge just takes her word that the baby was stillborn.
According to the judge, there is no possibility that the mother would suffocate the baby, and say it was stillborn.
Richardson had the baby in secrecy and tried to bury the evidence, dead or alive.
Richardson must have known that is exactly how things would of appeared to the court and the public.
The autopsy should have been able to determine if the child was buried alive or dead.

If that was a black mother, she would have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The court would have even been asking for the death penalty if it is legal in that state.

Black people are arrested and sent to jail or killed by the law. Far more times than white people.

  3. if this was a person of color they would be going to prison for life. it's ok for white privlege white girls to kill babies if they will be an inconvenience to them. It's ok because we will get away with it. I hope she is haunted for the rest of her life for killing a baby. How selfish. Guaranteed she will do it again, she did it once not because she was scared or crazy she did it because she didn't given a care in the world. If it wasn't found she never would have said anything.

  4. I don't get it.
It's HER child. We have always had the right to do what we want with our own when they die by religious right.

  5. This murderer only cry’s for herself…there is no concern at all for a murdered baby. I have no doubt naming the baby she murdered was a legal maneuver. It is plain to see she is remorseless. May karma get her and get her good.

  6. Fake emotions and tears… you see this right here is proof that these young teen women lack the mental and emotional capacity & maturity required to undertake such an overwhelming task and journey to motherhood! 😡 the mere fact she showed no remorse and had a stone cold expression on her face proves everything I've said!

  7. To the Judge & to all those posting judging negative comments:
The social, familial, & peer group pressure on young teen middle class girls regarding pre-marital sex, pregnancy resulting in bastardization & non-married/single motherhood has to be applied here. A young girl in the throes of this stress is severely occluded in what she is experiencing about all this disgracing & shaming environment versus long term more mature adult decisions. A series of tragic, panicked, short term decisions, led to this teenager blundering into a hidden pregnancy & tragic outcome for the baby, for her & for the families involved.

American middle class society is very puritanical & censures highly in just such matters & with social stigma, censure, & ostracism. This case is another example of The American Tragedy still in operation.

No doubt if the baby had been born in hospital she would have survived, instead of being birthed by a terrified traumatized teen all alone & by herself with no medical knowledge.

To the Judge who cannot be likened to “Solomon” whatsoever, and to all those posting such diatribes as I have just read on this channel, one needs to become more mature oneself, and to have greater compassion. This is just the type of censure this teen girl knew she was up against which lead to the tragic outcome in the first place. This girl just did not at the time have the adult maturity skills required as she was really still a child herself. Judge not lest you be judged. Walk a mile in someone else's shoes, comes to mind.

  8. So why don't we open our minds and realize that killing an unborn child by abortion is just as bad as killing a newborn baby. This without judging Ms Richardson who might have not killed her baby due to possibly having given birth to a stillborn.

  9. Wait WTF ! So her “story” (rolls eyes) was that the baby was stillborn and she buried the stillborn baby?!? WTf. This is WHY we need to keep abortion legal. If she didn’t want to be pregnant she should’ve chosen to have a legal abortion early on.

  10. Leave the judgment in God hands, he knows even before it happened.
Everyone is fast to judge, but are your hands clean? Think and think again!!!

  11. I’ve watched some of the court proceedings and it so sad for all involved.. what a shame she couldn’t confide with a close friend or her mother, if she had been able to find someone she could trust, then just maybe little Annabel would be alive today

  12. This bullshit another Casey Anthony case.. stupid bitch how she not get any jail time when the medical examiner said homicide??? Wtf???
