I don't think you can claim self defense especially when your built like a brick outhouse! To prevent someone from breathing for half an hour in the presence of others who could lend assistance if the now victim was indeed 'crazed' is inexcusable. Now where have we heard these claims of drug misuse in the death of a black man before..?
It will be interesting to find out what his employers say about his physical state and presentation that day as it would be impossible to hide alleged signs of intoxication.
Alcohol, cocaine, blood test do not lie. That was not a handyman prepared to work. It was a drugged out crime in progress.
Everyone here is assholes to let a man who's alcohol level were .181 into your room, you have to be a complete jackass to believe .181 alcohol level is very high, walking or talking with a alcohol level that high, you're going to have difficulties. But people are so stupid these days they believe anything they hear. Lastly cocaine is on hard drug to find in anguilla, seeing that marijuana is the choice of drug here, so one must ask themselves who provided Kenny with the cocaine? Where's hapgood toxicology report? He was also drunk from all those drinks by the mini bar by the pool. Why no one is saying anything about that?
Scott was buying cocaine from that guy and he didn't want to pay tourist rate for that cocaine!!

If it happened in the guest's room and the uninvited hotel worker had no business being there, the 'truth' defaults to the defendant. The rest is feel better window dressing.
I stand with this family man. I would have absolutely done the same exact thing. No family man goes on vacation with him family and decides to murder a resort worker just because. That animal that came into their room coked out with alcohol in his system was ready to cause harm…. little that he knew, he came in and poked the wrong bear and got slaughtered. I solute you sir.
