I strive to one day be the geeky nosy neighbor chatting with the cops while I show them my security cam footage. Shout out to the neighbor that put chris watts away with his driveway cam.
That must have been a bad argument. He really had an axe to grind.
Charges don't matter. Seriously nothing the police say or do does. They need to present it to the states DA and if the evidence is strong, or undoubtedly comittable, charges stick. Anyone can claim anything. Video can show anything but not the whole story. Everything is subjective. Most importantly, so is the law.
