  1. They gamed the system but people in Hollywood do it everyday getting their children and offspring lucrative jobs in a field they have never studied in or even earned an advance degree in. It's disgusting.

  2. Like a teenage pregnancy, this is actually NOTHING, no big deal. She will be able to appeal, all the way to the supreme court, if she were found guilty she forces a pre-sentencing trial, and calls all of her 97,000 friends which takes another 8 years. Then, she can appeal the sentence, and then force a sentence-reduction hearing. All of this crap is why rich people usually walk except for serious crimes where they are DTR.

  3. She deserves to go to jail for a LONG TIME! This case represents what makes most American’s livid when it comes to our judicial system. The wealthy and powerful have a different set of laws to live by versus the rest of the population! Does anyone believe her when she says that she doesn’t think she did anything wrong? Are you kidding me? Is she in a state of DENIAL or what? If she doesn’t get a long sentence, then it will just prove my point that the wealthy play by a different set of rules!!!

  4. She should panic. At least Huffman was honest and sorry. I hope she gets triple the punishment for believing she's so special she could now get away with lie…..

  5. Haha “donating money to the school”.

“No officer, I wasn’t buying drugs from that guy, I was donating money to him and he gave me this heroine in gratitude for my donation”

  6. The courts want money. The prosecutors do not want to work to prove they are guilty. Prosecutors want them to plea deal. If she does, the most she will get will be 18 months, reduced to 7 and a stiff fine

  7. She was trying to get her kid into a better school. This happens all the time. There are Real crimes these people need to go after instead. The college administration that received the money going to have charges press on them?

  8. For those of you that are afraid for her health and well being, don't be afraid, she is rich. She will get a few days in jail like Huffman did. It's not like she will serve much time at all, and what time she will do is going to be in a prison that pampers their inmates. This is why rich people do whatever they want. When they do get punished, it's a slap on the wrist and a few weeks without designer clothing.

  9. Lol at fashion designer husband.

Maybe the prison warden will reach out to him for prison pattern designs once his felon wife gets settled in with her new bunk mates.

  10. Poor ole Workin stiff mother in New York, got five years in prison for falsifying records of her son to go to a better school district. Felicity gets to go to club fed for a couple of weeks, this one will probably get about the same treatment. These thugs can afford to get out of trouble,no matter how outlandish. The grown up kids are no better. Posing for a rowing club that their not even into. Only in the divided states of amurica.

  11. She should be scared and embarrassed as she lied and didn't cop to what she did. Felicity told the truth and I give her credit. This thing lied again like were stupid.

  12. The big spread in People magazine is too much. Self indulgent posing complete with hair and makeup. She is really just a plain old criminal and needs to do time.

  13. But, did we all really need all this to tell us that people like that, and their children, get “special treatment “ so often that they genuinely believe they just aren’t subject to the rules and laws that the rest of us must just ‘live with ‘… I haven’t read any of the other comments, but if someone says they are surprised by this…I tell you, in advance, that you’re completely full of shit.
