She will be able to appeal, all the way to the supreme court, if she were found guilty she forces a pre-sentencing trial, and calls all of her 97,000 friends which takes another 8 years. Then, she can appeal the sentence, and then force a sentence-reduction hearing. All of this crap is why rich people usually walk except for serious crimes where they are DTR.
