Pretty easy to find out if fed taxes haven’t been paid. So pretty sure at least 1 one those charges is accurate and that would have nothing to do with a disgruntled employee trying to frame them because it would be your responsibility to verify with your accountant that taxes were filed.
All I know is if they indicted them it means they have evidence. And if it’s all documented like it shows than their guilty.
