These children are the future of our country along with all the other children
in the USA. They are the next generation of innovators, teachers, engineers,
entrepreneurs, etc. they need their parents. Don’t traumatize them with such
horrific experiences as to arrest their parents in their presence and scar them forever.
Let us respect these immigrants who contribute to our daily life in ways we all need.
They plant and pick our food, they clean our homes, they work in restaurants, wash
the dishes, make our food, start up small businesses. They never say no to work.
no welfare for them. They don’t want it. They want work and the opportunity to
give their children a better life.
This comes from an immigrant who arrived with residency at 8 years old with my
baby sister of 5, to join our parents and baby brother and sister already in the US.
My parents worked hard until the wee hours of the morning many times to give
us a home, food and necessities. Father started 2 businesses. Mother worked in
a drapery factory, sewing, ironing, etc. that paid the rent. The Focus of my parents’
for their children was education. We, four kids, have become part of society in
our city. One became a lawyer; the other a teacher helping immigrant children with
learning the language, the other two very successful real estate entrepreneurs.
Our success has produced four grandchildren to our parents….a doctor, a lawyer,
And two business owners, all well rounded human beings. Their children are
going to be encouraged to study and become the best they can be.
We are the product of sacrifice, hard work and love. This is the contribution
the immigrant makes to the society we live in.
Is it fair to treat us like animals and arrest us in front of our children?
Is it fair to traumatize our children? Trump and his enablers have a lot
of accounting to do, if not in this life, in the next.
Let’s respect everyone for their diversity and learn from our differences
We can only get stronger and better by it.
Not enough people with concealed carry permits. I wonder why no one else at Walmart was packing and could of taken him out when he started shooting. Texas has very relaxed laws on getting an open carry and concealed carry permit.

Why not do middle school and high school and even college assessments on these kids to check their mental state ? Jobs do it when people apply for employment why not use tools like that and even add background checks to it aswell. Could make a difference.
