  1. Honestly, I would have silently judged the mom. But then, i had 3 kids. And I understand. No matter how good of a parent you are things happen. Especially at that age

  2. I had to call poison control for my son at least 3 times when he was little. Kids have a way of doing things that make you feel like a horrible neglectful parent.

  3. My son bit into a glow stick on 4th of July and the whole inside of his mouth lit up, lol. I freaked out! Poison control was wonderful!

  4. Ah yes this brings back the good memories of when I was a kid and tried to eat a glow stick and my mom yelling call 911 that I’m going to die, good memories 😊

  5. I ate 8 pennies when I was a little kid and my mom tried to force me to vomit. Lmao I guess I liked shiny things

  6. I actually had to call poison control once. Very helpful and they don't pass judgement. They'll even call ahead to the ER if it is in fact something that a kid needs to be taken in for. I had the same type of situation… was in the middle of taking a medication myself and my kid grabbed the bottle. Luckily she was good even though what poison control told us was VERY frightening and she did have to be observed overnight.

  7. My 10yr old brother did this the other day my mom and i were debating whether to give him 2 regular Tylenol or 2 extra strength Tylenol.( he had a tooth ache to the point he was bashing his head into his pillow) While my mom was talking to me he took all 4 and my mom started freaking out. We tried to get him to throw up but it wasn't working finally we just thought well he's about two 10yr olds in weight so he'll be fine. An hour later he said his tooth felt better 😅

  8. I do love ambulance/medical/emergency shows. I love them they give me a lot of perspective and some preparation for bad situations, however. There are extremely rare shows or clips or movies or whatever that are never able to be recreated, u cannot change it or bring it back after it has ended. Nightwatch new orleans is one of those, no ambulance show or video clips will ever be better

  9. Wow that's good. I'm glad they make the kids medicine in small enough bottles that aren't lethal. I never knew that.

  10. Mom did everything right!! The bottle was already open when the baby got it, mom was getting some for her other child and baby grabbed it. 100% an accident! Toddlers are always grabbing EVERYTHING and going EVERYWHERE. Glad they are ok!

  11. I did that as a kid 😅 I drank a whole bottle of allergy medication and nothing really happened I was I think 3 or 4 and now I'm 17
