   Mueller however is a LAWYER, therefore speaks LEGAL JARGON (Legal Dictionary). In LEGAL JARGON Exoneration occurs when A CONVICTED PERSON has his charges overturned in a COURT by being proven Not Guilty.
   When Mueller wrote that the report did not "Exonerate" Trump he was FACTUALLY ACCURATE.
   1- Trump had not been convicted
   2- Only a COURT can Exonerate!!
