    1. She took his license plate number down and called the cops.
    2. He had a gun, if he didn't she'd go to jail for lying.

  18. A whole lot of people in this comment section seem to think they're attorneys and believe strongly in coincidences. This guy, far more likely than not, brandished the pistol that was so coincidentally sitting right next to him during the road rage incident that he admitted to taking part in. A judge will decide whether there is enough evidence to convict him, but come on people.

  22. what an absolute joke. Cops took forever to tell him why he was being detained, there was 0 physical evidence the gun was ever displayed, and they took him to jail over this.

  28. This was in Florida, its so easy to win this case. Even if they prove he pulled out his weapon (which they can't) all he has to say is she verbally threatened to kill him.

  38. She don't know the guy, has no way of knowing he had a gun, if he hadn't pointed it at her. She said you had a gun just to get you in trouble, she don't know you, how she know you got a gun? You've got a gun, she said you pointed a gun at her, all the proof is there.
