It's not a Covid Relief bill, it is an overseas slush fund. Taxpayer money going to pet projects overseas instead of to Americans where it is desperately needed.
Its not Trumps refusal to sign the bill, its the insistence of sending money to all these other countries, even the countries where the people danced in the streets when the twin towers fell and 3000 Americans were killed.
