i swear it should be entrapment when police INSIST on comin at people who are aggressive, agitated, and on their own property. if the cop wouldnt have rolled up, pressin the guy like a cage fighter or somethin would, then that guy never would have been put in cuffs, thus, i think this should be concidered entrapment, which is basically cops making you do somethin that you otherwise wouldnt do.
