The Columbus officer who killed Andre Hill only activated his body camera after the shooting, and the camera recovered 60 seconds of the fatal encounter. Hill was left on the ground for five minutes before anyone rendered aid.

To me this Officer didn't put on his footage body camera on before going on the scene, or before the shooting takes place, so the Officer is responsable for murder. He should arrested by prosecute hum for murder of 1rst degree, and manslaughter. He should face at least 50 years behind bars.
