    Let us start the investigation that the Geothermal hot water brine injection caused all these major earthquakes starting with the M6.4 and the M7.1 at Ridgecrest, California on July 4 and July 5, 2019. The faults were there, but the Coso Geothermal Field at China Lake was the straw that broke the back of all these faults and caused them to slip and move. With the four geothermal 270 MW generators in this Coso Geothermal Plant, all of our luck has finally run out.

    Just as fracking with water injection causes earthquakes in oil fields, (I am not debating this issue with anyone. Research has proved this since the 1960'S), any addition of water to fault zones according to the USGS, causes an uptick in earthquakes. This joint venture geothermal partnership between The Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake and Caithness Energy has finally come to bite us all in the butt. Let us close down all geothermal fields. They are dangerous, as they are situated on hot active fault zones where these guys add high pressure water as a lubricant to get their steam, which also causes the faults to slip more easily and trigger massive earthquakes as they just did.

    Seismicity can be induced at distances of 10 miles or more away from the injection point and at significantly greater depths than the injection point.

    Fact 6: Wells not requiring surface pressure to inject wastewater can still induce earthquakes.
    Wells where you can pour fluid down the well without added pressure at the wellhead still increase the fluid pressure within the formation and thus can induce earthquakes."

  12. News reports on 4 July , 2019 said that earthquake of 6.5 magnitude hit northwest of Canada’s Vancouver Island. No reports of tsunami warning or any damage – casuality were immediately available. Separately , California was also jolted by quake of 6.4 magnitude, shaking the areas there. In this context , it is apt to mention here this Vedic astrology writer’s predictive alerts in article – “ World trends in April to August 2019” – brought to public domain widely in March and subsequently on 5 April , 2019.   36. I'm here in Ridgecrest, CA. Multiple power outages, and the hospitals main water line is broken causing an evacuation for most patients. Helicopters flying constantly and stores closed for the rest of the day. Thankfully only broken glass at my family's and friend's homes. Prayers to the others affected.
