Although it is quite funny and cute, it is also quite sad and disturbing.. Deer are supposed to be weary and fearful of people and for good reason, if this deer made contact with a hunter it wouldn’t have a chance… It was most likely either, being fed, once kept illegally as a pet, or someone found it as a fawn and tried to rehabilitate it and it became comfortable with people… It’s best to leave wildlife alone and ONLY intervene If truly necessary…
Someone possibly tried to rehabilitate this deer after finding them alone as a fawn, but 95% of the time if you find a fawn by itself, it’s not actually abandoned, the mothers will leave their fawns hidden in the grass while they go to look for food, and will return not long after… However when people find them, they think they’re abandoned and will often try to rehabilitate them themselves without calling the experts, which can make the animal become comfortable with people even after it is released back into the wild… NEVER try to rehabilitate a deer fawn without calling the professionals

Wow. How did a deer end up on the beach? Usually they are where there are lots of trees and vegetation to eat. And they wouldn’t be able to eat or drink the water at the beach because the water is saltwater
