No smoke without fire. Whether he groped without consent is another question. !8 in the Uk is the legal age of consent. I don't know what age it is in the USA but an eighteen year old knows the score. If a court dismisses the case and so therefore there is insufficient evidence to convict. Innocent until proven guilty so they say and so its not for me to accuse him or anything.
I believe deleted files and text messages on a phone can be retrieved. How the phone got missing? I also believe there must be a way to protect young adults from sexual assault and prevent it from becoming a spectacle and punish false accusers in sexual assault cases.
