9. I never comment on these but am curious, what gave them the right to search the car? I know he was acting weird but they usually say exactly why they can search such as “it smells like weed” etc.

The thing that bothers me about this vid an most of the comment thread is the lack of anyone that's acknowledged that cops really should not be allowed to break in to a person's locked vehicle on a traffic stop without a warrant… They should not have the authority to stop and frisk/ search any person or their property at their own discretion…. Don't get me wrong I respect cops and a large part of what they do. Though it don't take a genius to realize how often "stop and frisk" and "probable cause" laws are abused by officers and also how often these practices lead to countless unnecessary deaths…..
