So if they did for these people, in this case …and the test determined it's not…which is obvious is not..would they have built there homes there? or buy..I pretty sure they wouldn't of..the land around the fault is not packed down it hasn't been for to 100s if years do to earthquake activity..it's loose..when you have that condition and the earth shakes..the ground will act like a liquid..so basically..government knew and didn't tell you..
