I know up and close that children have always been removed for safety reasons when picked up by Border Patrol and are placed in a very safe and clean housing unit in upstate NY where they are not only fed and clothed but provided with physical and psychological evaluations, meds, etc., and they smile for the picture. If this is not happening now it's because there is no more room for the influx of immigrants rushing the borders of the US and Congress refuses to provide additional funding. The media is not covering the whole truth.
