If it's like most highschools and colleges, if the accused is a star sports player or star athlete, his punishment, if any, will be much less that others'.
so much for honor code. caught bad enough to hold accountable, enought to expell.

From what I’ve read the the chief of staff for the academy is using the excuse that this isn’t as serious because they would never cheat in an in person exam, which is the most absurd thing I’ve heard.
When the commander in chief cheats everyone under him thinks it's OK for them to cheat too. They should not get probation They should be expelled and barred from ever becoming officers. Any transcripts sent out on their behalf should have stamped in big red letters than they cheated and they should be required to pay the expense of their education thus far through military service as enlisted soldiers.

Well, tell West Point that they don't have enough evidence and file a lawsuit with the Supreme Court. Apparently, even when you catch people cheating at math in elections you didn't really catch them. I'm sure the media will back me up on this as they continually say there was no evidence….
Biden cheated in college and nobody seems to care. So jump off these guys backs. If cheating is good enough for an election cheat, then who should care if cadets cheat.

The rules are written in stone at West Point (literally): "A cadet will not lie, CHEAT, or steal, or tolerate those that do."
Dismiss all of them. No exceptions. Bar them from enlistment in any branch of the military in the future. An oath has to mean something.
