Are we looking at the same News or is this another fantasy life show without any reality. People are talking about Trump did this and Trump did that but after saying all that. Now the People say Trump is going to be the President in 2020. It is very confusing to witness such a crazed thing taking place publicly. I am very upset about my younger Son and I being caught in a Country filled with broken promises and crooked People. When I tell my Son that I am coming to get him to go to our home because there is not any evidence or my money has not been given to us to move forward. I do not respect any Judge or Law Enforcers making it appear I don't have a home but the criminals do. My Son should not have to deal with Law Officials criminals saying that our home is their home because the Police foul mouth behinds do not want to investigate the Assessor's Office and prior Owners to how a wrong jurisdiction Court stamp gives them access to my home and to sale my home. I'm past upset that I cannot get my Son and do what Adults do because some Judge felt the need to think that after all the Laws the Court broke playing with our lives that they have the power to tell me what to file. I do not know who these incompetent People are at the Oakland Renee C. Davidson Court but I am past upset at these incompetent People. It's bad enough this hateful Country lied about my Daughters death. Now the President, Congress, and the DOJ have the audacity to allow my Son to be judged by criminals who cannot produce one shred of evidence about anything that they are lying about. It has caused my health to turn wanting to hurt these Terrorists behaved People very badly. It's one thing to lie but to keep playing with People's lives and their Children's lives. I do not see how the President, Congress, and the DOJ can judge Families and their values when they do not know us and we do not want to know them. We want justice from their oppressors. People cannot be a threat if they do not even want to be around. Today July 14, 2019 the mere fact that these People have gotten away with playing with our lives with absolutely nothing. That destruction has me wanting People in Oakland removed permanently out of California for even thinking that it was okay to have these People tamper with documents to enter our home. We are being delayed by People who have publicly been caught without any evidence, any jurisdiction, and no probable cause yet the Oakland City Mayor and the City Attorneys think that they have the right to ignore our Claims for the actions that the Police caused aiding and abetting the wrong jurisdiction unlawful entry Court stamp. I want these People to experience how it feels when they try to place a value on my younger Son life and my life as if their lives are better than ours. Not only is their lives not better than ours. They are not at liberty to question our value. These are some very disturbed People. People that carry American pride. They do not try to get Newscasts and the Media to violate privacy clauses and make up stories to hinder justice to innocent People because of their opinions. American pride do not attack Journalists that report what they were sent to their emails by harassed People due to corruption. I don't need to know how anything goes. I want my compensation, property, Son, and No one has the power to bring their misery to our front door.

Foreign labor programs that import/train ordinary-skill foreign labor (H1B) to replace American workers harm American society, weaken American technology, & expose the U.S. to national security risks.
"Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act" is a MISNOMER!!! It has the opposite effect! We must KEEP the per-country greencard cap to prevent any foreign country (India/China) from hoarding all greencards & crowding out diversity and the world's most talented recruits!!! #RejectHR1044 #RejectS386
HR1044/S386 is not merit-based. It prioritizes and rewards the flood of ordinary-skill foreign labor (H1B, mostly from India) that has taken countless good white-collar U.S. jobs away from U.S. citizens without adding value (talent) since the corrupt H1B program began, for decades!!! The H1B program itself it fraught with fraud and misuse!
American workers whom H1Bs replace are often better qualified for the job. The H1B program is used to provide corporations with cheap trainee-level foreign labor, not the "high-skilled" labor that they claim. It is all about the bottom line for the corporations, with no concern about the effect it has on America, Americans, or the H1B slave labor.
Educated and experienced American workers lose in-house technical training opportunities, that are now given to trainee-level foreign labor. Instead of advancing American technology, the technology training is given to foreigners. This weakens American technology.
Access to systems that the U.S. infrastructure depends on (banking, airlines, etc.) is handed over to foreigners, along with U.S. data. This creates a national security risk and possible future dependence on foreigners. Why would we want to hand over so much control to foreigners?
And the obvious it that H1Bs are taking away the livelihood and destroying the career of countless educated and experienced American workers, significantly impacting American families across the USA!!! This is an American CRISIS that gets very little attention. Americans are losing their home, lifetime saving, and living in limbo with their family future in question all because of corporate greed. Qualified American workers across the country have been sidelined because of these corrupt foreign labor programs (H1B).
If the flood of H1Bs receives greencards, they will likely leave their current positions (overworked and underpaid slave labor) to take away other/better opportunities from the American workforce. The corporations can just import more cheap trainee-level foreign labor to replace the H1Bs that leave. India will flood the American workforce like a cancer!!! Most of the H1Bs are from India, which is why India is pushing so hard to pass the HR1044/S386 bill. It is essentially an "India first" bill.
We need a per-country cap on all types of work-based visa (H1B), not just the greencard. Work-based greencards (permanent right to work in the U.S.) should be reserved exclusively for extraordinary-skill! Short-term temporary work visas should be issued only when there is a short-term labor shortage (for seasonal labor). We have plenty of sidelined Americans who can do (or be trained to do, like H1Bs are) most white-collar U.S. jobs.
