Doesn't matter whether your war hero and the sheriff the homeless person you're guilty until proven innocent and they will stop you from being able to prove that you're innocent and I can prove that with my own encounters with court in the American government I filed for an appeal I was on the toilet when the supreme Court lady called no More than 3 minutes I called her back and my appeal was overthrown because I did not answer my phone and I was not greeted nicely at all or anything when I called that number back and didn't even know who it was to begin with she was rude she immediately was but why didn't you answer your phone well since you didn't answer your phone I'm throwing out your case I tried to talk to her and she hung up on me in my case to begin with I had proof that was filed what the law on Howell honest I am are being able to tell the truth and they told me that I can use it in my case the person that was accusing me of stuff said one thing when I got arrested and then there was a pulmonary trial or whatever it was the story of events changed I've been in the courtroom the story of events changed again but when I tried to point that out they completely ignored me and then the find out but the judge I had was a victim of what I was being accused for so she shouldn't have been and the judge seat to begin with to judge anything I ask for a jury trial I got denied however I did get 12 days good time because it took 12 to 15 days or a little bit longer to even get the paper to file for a public defender
