28. If this really was his fifth DUI I think a large amount of the blame needs to go to the courts. The guy shouldn't have a license. It's obvious he has no intention of changing and a competent judge should have seen that. He's lucky he didn't kill someone.

Sometimes people wonder why they don't learn to change there ways after the first or second mistake, whether its alcohol or drugs, and the answer to that question is just simply one thing, mental addiction / illness. It is the hardest things to overcome mentally, as obviously observed, or personally dealt with. I wish the best of luck to this guy if he's still going through a struggle, and if he overcame it, hats off to him.
