Why is Dave Bellavia not a terrorist or a war criminal?.. He took part in a war of aggression that was based on lies, he killed people who were trying to defend their country from a foreign invasion, and he went house to house terrorizing people… Why is Bellavia not a war criminal or a terrorist?
