Gallagher was NOT trying to stab him in the neck to open an airway…he was tormenting the kid for answers, and CS knew he was going to hand him over to people who would further torment him until he died… so, CS did what he was trained to do (he was the Medic on the team) and put his thumb where he knew it would kill the kid quickly (there was NO breathing tube). The problem with Gallagher is he just loves killing anything that moves. – per his team members. I am glad CS was given immunity as he's an amazing young man that has compassion for humans no matter whether they are the enemy or a friend, but I'm pretty ticked at our President for having the wool pulled over his eyes by Gallagher. I thought President Trump to be smarter than that.

Unbelievable that we encourage my GRANDCHILDREN to join the MILITARY and I'll be dammed if they ever have to face a situation like this. The military court defending an ISIS TERRORIST over one of our guys. This navy seal saw how our men were killed in front of him ..in what state of mind do you think he was?
