The Dominican Republic is a jungle, this happened because of the corruption in the goverment, the police, and the justice. The justice system allows these assassins to be free even if they have killed people before, David Ortiz attacker is in jail because of the David Ortiz fame ,if the wounded person were a comon guy the police would not do anything.
