Governor Newsom's voice has, for some time, sounded as Peter Jennings' did at the time of his being diagnosed with throat cancer. Hoping the Governor's situation is simply a case of vocal cord stress resulting from beaucoup press conferences. Hoping all is well. Blessings, always.
As someone who voted for Newsom, my only complaint is that he's gotten too strict with the Corona virus rules. I have no problem wearing a mask in public, until vaccines are available to everyone by next spring but dammit, Gavin…… let the restaurants who had outdoor seating continue to offer that at least. That's all that we people who like to eat out daily ask!
Why does he look like a prima donna? And his speech style is reeaallly contorted and restrained..he must be hiding something!
He is ridiculous! I really pray that California soon comes out of this…it’s been such a horrible year.
This politician needs to show some leadership here…..stop apologizing and take a little strong stance – it’s needed in the moment.
Obviously, asking and requesting people to be responsible does not work. People during this year has proven it…..the lowest common denominator brings the whole community down! People are dying and you are reducing quarantine days. Look at other countries where no one is dying….they are sacrificing as a community for the greater good. Not whining about a little restriction to their ‘personal freedom’ – whatever that even means – freedom comes with responsibility!!
Gavin likes to go to exclusive mask-less dinners with his elitist friend while lecturing the rest of us. He has lost his credibility on the issue and no one is listening.
